To get the most out of your journal, just follow these quick steps:
👉 Step 1: Open the Journal in Google Sheets
Click the button below to open the sheet.
📌 Important: You’ll need to be logged into your Google account to access it.
If you don’t have one yet, you can create a free account here.
👉 Step 2: Make Your Own Copy
Once the sheet is open, go to the top menu and click:
File > Make a Copy
This creates your own private version so you can edit freely — and always keep the original safe as a backup.
👉 Step 3: Read the “READ THIS” Tab
This sheet comes pre-loaded with dummy trades and setups so you can see how it works.
Start with the READ THIS tab — it walks you through:
• Safely deleting the sample data
• Logging your own trades and setups
• Protecting key formulas so nothing breaks
